Job details
• Monitor/identify relevantchanges in local EHS/HACCP regulations and laws and update internalprocedures, policies and forms accordingly• Driveimprovement and track goal achievement by collecting, analyzing andcommunicating EHS targets and metrics• Reporting to thehotel's emergency management plans to address course ofaction in the event of an emergency• Manage and controlall documentation (manuals, policies, procedures and records)related to HACCP and HACCP measures and correspondingreports.• Ensure that employees are trained on basic EHSawareness training specific to their departmentaloperations
