Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(), Bachelor of Science(Computers) Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description Responsibilities:.Lead Scrum ceremonies: Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives..Coach and mentor: Guide the team in Agile practices, fostering continuous improvement..Remove impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles to ensure smooth sprint execution..Promote collaboration: Facilitate communication and transparency among team members and stakeholders..Support decision-making: Assist the team in making informed choices to achieve sprint goals..Track progress: Monitor metrics and facilitate discussions to track progress and plan releases..Drive continuous improvement: Encourage learning, experimentation, and adaptation within the team..Support Agile adoption: Collaborate with stakeholders to promote Agile practices across the organization.Qualifications:. +7 years experience is required. Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach..Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks..Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills..Certification such as CSM or PSM is a must.Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira or Trello..Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
