Speech Language Pathology Specialist

● Work under the supervision of the direct clinical supervisor. ● Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive services and session based. ● Al duties will be performed across foundation programs including recreational activities, early intervention, speech and language therapy. ● Administer speech and language screenings/ assessments/evaluations. ● Develop & implement speech and language treatment goals and objectives. ● Determine Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) needs, strategies and systems for each individual client. ● Integrate AAC strategies and systems into screenings, assessments and treatment programs as applicable. ● Integrate evidence-based practices for autism spectrum disorder into a l clinical practices. ● Colect data on speech and language goals and objectives. ● Generate clinical SOAP notes, daily notes/log, and maintain therapeutic records. ● Create necessary materials to support a variety of communicative needs. ● Integrate parent training, parent involvement and communication with families across screenings, assessments and treatment programs. ● Maintain client confidentiality. ● Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment. ● Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required training. ● Required qualifications experience: ● Bachelor's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from a recognized university. Relevant experience preferred in providing Speech Language Pathology treatment infusing behavioural principles and techniques with individuals on the Autism Spectrum. ● Preferred Professional license by Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as a Speech Language pathology Specialist. ● Strong communication skills required. ● Ability to work under high-stress situations.
