  • Evaluate the airport’s property portfolio on a regular basis and ensure that it is optimized and well maintained.
  • Implement account management strategy/initiatives and develop strong relationship with the existing property customers.
  • Create strong working relationship with other internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify creative opportunities to generate non-traditional commercial and property income sources.
Operational:
  • Shall be responsible in working closely with line manager for the upkeep and maintenance of database and revenue & non-revenue contacts associated to the department. This includes and not limited to managing the department’s periodical reports, database upload into the ERP system, property space audits & compliance report, contract / lease overviews, financial report, layout plans, etc.
  • Provide end-to-end specialized technical support for activities related to the department ensuring tasks are carried out based on approved time horizon – e.g. develop scenarios, project timeline, feasibility study, proposal for property allocation for Senior Leadership’s approval, etc
  • Ensuring all departmental execution action plans are carried in accordance to with MATAR and overall QR Group financial, operational objectives and KPIs
  • Entrusted to improvise the department’s “Landlord and Customer / Client / Stakeholder” relationship matrix.
  • Shall be the department’s focal point for activities related to property or space handover – for existing property, newly constructed & commissioned properties and facilities located within the HIA campus.
  • Uphold and improvise MATAR’s stakeholder relationship.
  • Support the line manager in closing out key-accounts and assigned projects with objective to maximize customer / client / stakeholder satisfaction and maximize MATAR’s commercial revenue.
  • Take lead in conducting periodical compliance inspection and audits of the real estate / facility / spaces (tenantable and non-tenantable) across the HIA campus.
  • Prepare, draft and provide review of contractual documents (including renewals) such as draft term sheets, draft tenancy / lease / license / concession agreements based on approved and updated formats.
  • Contract management – schedule, plan and execute timely submission and data entry of all property contracts updates into ERP system.
  • Shall be required to support line manager in preparation of periodical reports, financial reporting and lease overviews for Senior Leadership team as per directed and guided by line manager.

Qualifications

About you:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferably in Business Administration / Property Management / Facility Management / Airport Commercial Management / Project Management.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of job-related experience preferably specializing in Airport Commercial / Airport Leasing / Airport or Real Estate Property Management / Airport or Real Estate Facility Management works associated with administrative / commercial management in an international airport.
