Job Description: As a Marketing Manager at Riviera Property Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image, driving sales, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our market presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's objectives and target audience. Graphic Design and Brochure Making: Utilize your creative skills to design visually appealing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, digital banners, and other promotional collateral. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all design assets. Digital Marketing: Create digital marketing campaigns including social media campaigns, website content, email marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies to maximize online visibility and lead generation. Brand Awareness: Implement initiatives to enhance brand awareness and visibility in the market. Develop creative campaigns and partnerships to increase brand recognition and strengthen our positioning as a leading property developer in Dubai. Content Creation and Brand Messaging: Create compelling content for various marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and press releases. Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all communication channels. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer experience. Event Coordination and Promotion: Plan and coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and property launches to showcase our developments and engage with potential buyers, investors, and industry stakeholders. CRM Management: Implement effective CRM strategies to nurture leads, maintain customer relationships, and drive sales conversions throughout the customer journey. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, track expenses, and evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns to optimize resource allocation and achieve desired outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing roles within the real estate or property development industry, preferably in Dubai. Strong understanding of graphic design principles, Adobe Creative Suite, Power point and other design tools. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and CRM systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to create impactful marketing content and presentations. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation. Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and cultural nuances in Dubai's real estate sector is advantageous. Job Type: Permanent Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Ability to Commute:
