Senior Architect We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a B.Sc. in Architecture, along with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Architecture with 5 to 10 years of experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction within the GCC region.
  • UPDA certified.
Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for the following job duties:
  • Study construction documents (architectural and related disciplines) in detail and develop a clear understanding of scope, details, and responsibilities.
  • Design verification during tenders: This involves tasks such as estimation, value engineering, risk assessment plan, etc.
  • Follow up on design stages for projects: Track the progress of design stages and follow up on the deliverables stage elements.
  • Generation of shop drawings and engineering up to As-builts: Create and maintain accurate and detailed shop drawings and engineering documentation up to As-builts.
  • Manage material logs along with base plans and deliverable time schedules: Handle both short lead items and long lead items, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Handle technical clarifications: Assist in handling technical clarifications related to client/consultant meetings, discussions, calculations, etc.
