We are looking to hire a Financial Data Analyst for Bangalore location! Key Responsibilities
- Identifying, escalating, and resolving issues that arise within the reconciliation process performed in a timely manner and coordinates these with account owners.
- Ensure that all accounts are reconciled accurately, efficiently on a timely basis.
- Pro-Actively work to develop process and procedures that improve quality and accuracy
- Review items that cause unreconciled balance and ensure all are resolved within the time
- Escalate and work closely with invoicing/payroll team to ensure timely resolution of errors
- Ability to analyse process and identify improvements.
- Responsible for accurate and timely completion of assigned reconciliation
- Cross training and support to the team members
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft excel.
- Bring to notice certain key elements that are not in line.
- 2 to 4 years of experience with reconciliation process
- Strong finance background
- Proficiency with Excel.
