Computer Science(Engineering or Equivalent) Nationality Any Nationality Any Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description Purpose of the Job PMO Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the various tasks involved in completing a single project. They ensure that all parties involved are working together effectively & efficiently to meet their individual goals. PMO coordinator shall be a professional specialized in managing, coordinating, and overseeing of different activities related to planning, implementing, & evaluating projects. Job Description - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. -Assist in the preparation of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. -Ensure resource availability and allocation. -Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. -Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. - Help to prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget. -Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and with third parties/vendors. -Monitor and track project’s progress, catching and assessing any issues or risks that may arise and reporting them to the project manager. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. -Keeping detailed records of the project at every stage including summary reports to the manager. -Report on the progress of a project to all stakeholders. -Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project. -Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets & experience. -Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of goals. -Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis. -Use and continually develop leadership skills. -Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency. -Perform other related duties as assigned. -Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs. Education Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. Desired Candidate Profile Skills & Knowledge Ability to work in a pressurized environment with tight deadlines. Ability to plan, organize, problem solve and manage independently. Extensive technical expertise in these Information Technology domains. Hands on experience in budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work and make decisions without excessive managerial input. Understanding of project management tools and software. Knowledge of IT related technology solutions & best practices. Excellent sharing knowledge and encouraging development of others to achieve specific team goals. Strong in analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
