Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building design.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering design software.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis principles and techniques.
- Knowledge of seismic design principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Familiarity with engineering codes and standards, such as the International Building Code (IBC).
- Strong commitment to safety and ethical standards.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
