- Develop and execute the overall data analytics strategy aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts and scientists, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to drive a high-performing and collaborative culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to identify key business challenges and opportunities, translating them into analytical requirements and actionable insights.
- Design and implement advanced analytical models, statistical techniques, and algorithms to analyze complex data sets, uncover trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Establish and maintain data governance processes and quality standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the organization.
- Utilize data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights and trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of data analytics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability, security, and scalability of data analytics infrastructure and tools.
- Drive the adoption of data analytics best practices and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and policies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, conveying complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Proven experience (minimum 8-10 years) in a senior data analytics or related role, preferably in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
- Strong expertise in data analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and/or SAS.
- Extensive experience in data manipulation, data visualization, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality management, and data security practices.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends from large and complex data sets.
- Knowledge of industry-specific analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery) is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Professional certifications in data analytics or related fields are highly desirable.
