Job Purpose

To support the HSES Manager through the management and development of systems to ensure compliance with statutes, certifications, and organizational HSES requirements. Key deliverables of this function include:
  1. Assists with HSE incident investigations and reports
  2. Conducts and leads HSE audits and inspections
  3. Coaches with respect to all HSE subjects and risk management tools
  4. Conduct minimum required training
  5. Conduct regular HSE meetings
  6. Prepares, Audits and Maintains eJSA and eHRA documents for the site

Job Description

  1. Assists with HSE incident investigations and reports, as needed; may accompany an injured employee for treatment and medical evaluation.
  2. Assists with case management and/or following up on occupational injuries/illnesses.
  3. Manage & Maintain HSE management systems and provide assurance through monitoring, review an audit which are compliant with stature, ISO standards and organizational requirements.
  4. Conducts and leads HSE audits and inspections.
  5. Coaches with respect to JSAs, at-risk activities, unsafe conditions, and safety improvement opportunities.
  6. High focus on HSE culture and initiatives.
  7. Monitors and coaches employees to improve skill level to ensure adherence to principles, policies and standards of HSE processes.
  8. Participates in accident investigations, problem resolution and communicating appropriate feedback (preventive and corrective) within the teams and sites.
  9. Participates and leads daily HSE Toolbox meetings.
  10. Performs other related duties as directed that correspond to the overall function of this position
  11. Complete all training and competency requirements as identified in the TechnipFMC HSE competency standard.
  12. Generate /upload monthly HSE reports

General: Acceptable level of Computer and English skills are mandatory in verbal communication and writing, Physical, body and health fitness must be at acceptable strength and condition, Able / accept to work at different shift schedules (as per operations requirement). Education & Experience: Typically at least five years of HSE or related experience in a manufacturing, oilfield or similar environment. NEBOSH Diploma or BS degree in OH&S NEBOSH General Certificate OH&S or equivalent Maintaining the HSE management system Leading HSE Management system audits
