A Position is Vacant For Quantity SurveyorJob A Position is Vacant For Quantity SurveyorA leading Residential and Commercial Construction Company having offices in Canterbury and Central Otago, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to deal with various types of commercial responsibilities.The candidate has to acquire ownership of the full lifecycle of commercial management from the present company managers.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstimating and TenderingProcessing and negotiating variationsClient & subcontractor liaisonMeasurements & Cost estimations.Strong determination to accomplish assigned tasksRisk management and interim valuationsProgress claims & InvoicingParticipating site meetingsFinancial management, project budget control, reportingContract administrationBy applying for the position, one can get chance to showcase his/her substantiated construction Quantity Surveying skills.
