About the role: The ideal candidate is responsible for writing legal memoirs and providing consultations on all legal matters, submitting executive documents to enforcement courts and following up on them, attending judicial sessions and pleading, reviewing judicial, quasi-judicial, and security authorities to ensure the smooth conduct of business, providing legal support to the company's internal department and conducting internal investigations for the company. Responsibilities: - Presenting lawsuits and executive documents via Najiz platform or Maien and following up on them. - Studying and analyzing cases and providing an opinion on the company's legal position. - Reviewing judicial, quasi-judicial, and security authorities when necessary. - Providing legal advice to the company's internal departments. - Providing legal support regarding contracts. - Preparing legal reports on company issues. - Conducting internal investigations for the company and issuing results. Qualifications: - At least 2- 4 years experience in the legal field. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in law or systems. - Proficiency in English language. - Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. - Excellent skill in writing and drafting regulations and legal consultations. - Effective communication skills. - Ability to work independently and within a team. - Ability to conduct legal research and find solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
