Kingspan Insulated Panels is a world leader in designing, developing, and delivering advanced building envelope products and solutions. We empower property developers, building owners, designers, contractors, and insurers to construct buildings combining world-class energy efficiency and outstanding design. We seek a Specification Manager for our Dubai Business Unit , tasked with specifying Kingspan's production portfolio for new and existing projects. Responsibilities include pursuing new business, liaising with designers and architects, managing product specifications, fostering stakeholder relationships, and collaborating with sales and technical teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue Opportunities: You should proactively seek new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Engage with Designers and Architects: Establish daily communication with designers and architects to thoroughly understand project requirements and preferences.
  • Product Specification: Take ownership of product specification, ensuring alignment with project needs and company offerings.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with designers and architects, serving as a primary point of contact.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive project solutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on project progress, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
  • Adaptability: Undertake additional tasks the manager assigns, adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Compliance: As outlined in company documentation, respect and adhere to provisions regarding the integrated management system (IMS), including ISO 37301 Compliance Management Systems.
  • Ethical Standards: Support and uphold the Kingspan Group Code of Conduct and Kingspan Group Product Compliance Policy.
Requirements:
  • University or high school education.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the UAE.
  • Experience in design, statistics, implementation, or relevant education in these fields.
  • Independence, Responsibility and Teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • UAE Driving license.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office.
