  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base within Ras Al Khaimah.
  • Drive the development and execution of strategies to increase revenue through the sale of banking products and services.
  • Acquire new customers and clients to expand the bank's market share.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enter new markets or segments, contributing to the bank's geographical or demographic expansion.
  • Introduce new banking products and services to diversify and expand the bank's product portfolio.
  • Set and meet sales targets, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to cross-sell additional banking products to the existing clients, maximizing revenue from each customer relationship.
  • Embrace and leverage digital channels to enhance customer experience and reach a broader audience.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, analyze performance metrics and offer insights for continuous improvement.
  • Lead, motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts toward business development objectives.
What You Should Have
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively partner with peers and senior management.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and targets simultaneously.
  • Networking and Relationship Management by building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
What We Are Looking For
  • University Degree or Equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with sales
