Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador for Centrepoint.
- Manage day-to-day store operations using effective business practices.
- Drive sales, reinforce operational consistency, and develop staff.
- Be a role model for product knowledge, selling, and customer service standards.
- Manage Centrepoint staff, cashiers, security guards, finance, and property maintenance.
- Implement Centrepoint store operating procedures.
- Supervise and coach the team for competency and capability.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct daily store floor walks to maintain retail standards and customer experience.
