Key Responsibilities: • To drive theimplementation of the people strategy and deliver relatedinitiatives • To deliver handson advice and facilitate theday to day implementation of all operational HR issues i.e.grievance, disciplinary, absence management, HR Reporting etc• To promote best practice, share ideas and network withcolleagues to ensure consistency and a value adding service• To work with all HR centres of expertise to deliverspecialist advice and services • To coach and mentorjunior members of the HR team to enhance performance and capability• To manage (from an HR perspective) and support thebusiness in the delivery of complex HR cases, from inceptionthrough to closure • To manage and deliver a wide range ofHR projects as directed • To coordinate regionalactivities, such as: salary review, employee engagement survey andother cyclical processes • Strategize and execute HR plansin alignment with business need. • Support theimplementation of HR Shared Service HR policies. • Overalloperationalization for all HR related operations matters, includingcompensation & benefits, talent development and management,performance management, employee relations, HR communications andMI reporting requirements. • Manage manpower strategy asbudgeted. • Build and institutionalize aperformanceoriented culture. • Translate organizationstrategy and goals into an HR strategy. • Keep abreast ofindustry practices and share best practices. • To have agood working knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and be able to givepractical, current business advice to colleagues and teammembers
