Job details
Setup the production equipment andsupplies before executing the joborders.Operate equipment safely andeffectively for production processing.Ensurethat equipment are maintained in good and safe workingcondition.Inspect equipment to identify anyreplacements, malfunctions and repairs.Performregular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity andquality.Provide assistance to junior operatorsin their assigned responsibilities.Repair andclean the equipment when needed.Work under theguidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned dutiesin timely manner.Evaluate equipmentperformance and recommend improvements.Operatetrucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer the productionequipment between warehouse and workingarea.Follow safety procedures and companypolicies for equipment operation.Recommendprocess improvements to enhance operational efficiency andsafety.Contribute to waste managementprograms.Identify and report unsafe operationsto Supervisor immediately.Maintain the workarea clean, safe and organized.
