Scope: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Part-Time SME Advisor to provide strategic guidance and expertise to our CEO in the fintech sector As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping our companys strategic direction and driving initiatives that leverage technology to enhance financial services Job Duties: Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and refine the companys strategic vision and goals within the fintech sector Provide expert advice and insights on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in fintech Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our fintech products and services Advise on the development and implementation of digital financial solutions, including payments, lending, and investment platforms Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fintech operations, and provide regular reports and updates to the CEO Act as a liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders, including industry experts, regulators, and fintech partners Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and cybersecurity best practices in the fintech sector Requirements Bachelors degree in finance, computer science, business administration, or a related field Masters degree preferred Proven experience and expertise in the fintech sector, with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of fintech trends, technologies, and regulatory landscape in Saudi Arabia and globally Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels Ability to work independently and remotely, with a flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours Note:This is a part-time, remote position based in Saudi Arabia We welcome applications from candidates who meet the qualifications and can commit to providing valuable expertise and support to our CEO on a flexible schedule Company Industry
