As a Senior Analytics Manager you will be at the forefront of driving datadriven decisionmaking across the organization and building advanced machine learning models that power our transformative solutions.Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to understand challenges identify opportunities to make datadriven banking solutions.
- Perform indepth analysis of largescale structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns trends and correlations.
- Drive business decisionmaking and optimize key performance indicators.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to gain deep insights into various analysis areas like customer behavior market dynamics operational efficiency etc.
- Design and develop advanced machine learning models algorithms and statistical methodologies to increase and optimize customer experiences revenue generation using cross/upsell products and other business outcomes.
- Analyze and optimize Digital Journeys and provide insights.
- Build scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines to preprocess transform and analyze data for model development.
- Deploy machine learning models into production in collaboration with relative Engineers.
- Conduct research and experimentation to enhance existing models and drive innovation within the organization.
- Fostering a collaborative and knowledgesharing culture within the team.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and business stakeholders to understand their requirements.
Candidate Profile
- 10 years of Banking experience in a data science role with a focus on building and deploying machine learning models and algorithms.
- Bachelors or masters degree in one of Data Science Computer Science Information Technology Economics Information Systems Statistics Applied Math.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with SAS Scala or Spark is a plus.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies and demonstrated experience in applying machine learning techniques.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Experience with any major Cloud provider (e.g. Azure GCP AWS etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills and fluency in English.
