This is a remote AI Specialist (DayShift/NightShift | AU Client)

Full-Time 40 Hours per week

Work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and
Develop custom AI solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients, using or adapting pre-existing AI
Train and upskill our VA's to become proficient AI power users, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver the highest level of service to our
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI technology and identify new opportunities for innovation and
Build relationships with key stakeholders, both within and outside the organization to drive adoption and success of AI
Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions to a variety of audiences, including technical and non-technical

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related
3+ years of experience in AI development and implementation, with a proven track record of delivering successful
Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, as well as experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or ;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical
Experience in upskilling and training staff to become proficient in AI tools and
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
