The job posting is outdated and position may be filled Were looking for a Senior Revit Architect for a growing international practice in UAE. They are a medium sized practice with around 100 staff and are looking to strengthen their team due to an influx of incoming commercial and residential projects. Youll report into the Design Manager and should have previous experience: - Concept design, both freehand and computer design. - Working with other disciplines including building services, architectural technologists, quantity surveyors and construction teams. - Resolving any issues that arise during the construction phases. - Preparing feasibility studies and design proposals. - In concept, schematic, detailed design, tender and construction drawings - Preparing submissions to local authorities and developers.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors in Architecture. - Minimum 6 years experience - Experience working with the local and international building regulations. - Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, BIM360 and Navisworks.
