Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or related area.
- Experience in construction management , construction site HS&E standards, buildings standards and execution of quality requirements.
- Mastery in Capital Project Management , leveraging engineering work processes in order to deliver projects per agreed success criteria.
- Experience in leading technology or automation development, definition, qualification and validation (IQOQPQ).
- Excellent engineering skills.
- Demonstrated capacity in developing technology solutions upon success criteria based on strong analytical skills and a scientific approach leveraging the standard toolboxes i.e. EWP, RE, MOPD.
- Demonstrated high quality leadership within the teams and having an aspiration to deliver results through diverse teams.
- Ideally certified as Project Manager and as Construction Manager .
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (i.e. scope, schedule, capital management and project communication) is required.
- Understanding of distribution center operations & work systems, QA compliance requirements, main performance factors as well as start-up methodology would be an advantage.
- Fluency in Turkish and English languages .
- The position will require reasonable to high business travel to ensure successful project execution on site.
