Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations, this role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of the hotel's various departments. Responsibilities will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and upholding the highest standards of guest satisfaction. In addition, the Director will provide leadership and oversight of key departments, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage to ensure their smooth and effective operation. Furthermore, the Director will play a key role in implementing and maintaining high operational standards, developing and executing policies as well as procedures that optimize daily efficiency and maximize hotel profitability. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of effective leadership, guiding teams to achieve operational goals with finesse. The successful candidate will be degree educated, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Our client is looking to hire a strategically minded individual capable of foreseeing challenges and opportunities, poised to contribute to the continued success and growth of the distinguished luxury hotel chain.
