Meet with Julien Walid Goudiard, Head of PDS EMEA at JLL Role Purpose    We are looking for a Planner with Project Controls experience for our P&DS team, to be based on site on a major Program in Riyadh. The role is primarily project managing the delivery of services related to planning and controls, schedule management, tracking, reporting, analysis, sequencing/phasing, co-ordination, construction delivery of a large-scale multi-asset mixed use development. What this job involves Developing the initial scheduled and developing as required to ascertain the sequencing and timelines for proposed construction events. Maintaining the schedule baselines and ensure mechanisms are in place to monitor performance. Working closely with the client, consultants and contractors. Manage the packages, project controls activities of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Manage the overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary. Manage project progress against established timelines and milestones, promptly addressing any delays or deviations that may arise. Use a clear, systematic approach to solving complex issues and able to communicate solutions in an effective, efficient, high level manner. Coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to build relationships. E stablish project planning process and procedure to include within the PEP (Project Execution Plan). To be able to prepare all the Project management Plans, PMP, PEP, SMP, etc. in full coordination with the Project Team. Assure integration of sub-schedules from all parties (functions, subdivisions) involved in the projects. Tracks and reports progress against the baseline schedule and continuously monitors risks and opportunities as well as proactively develops scenarios, mitigation or back-up plans required . Tracking and reporting on change management events that affect the timely delivery of the project. Report on schedule progress inclusive of contractual spend utilising reporting metrics including EV (earned value) and PV (planned value) and deviations within all functions and parties involved in the project. Supporting the project directors on proposed technical solutions taking into consideration both financial/cost, schedule and risk optimization. Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction. The Project Planner produces schedule-related KPI's as required by the project. Lead meetings related to the schedule and its associated process and procedure. Manage, with the support of all Project Team members, the effective communication to all functions of their duties and responsibilities in the execution of the schedule . Previous experience may include, but not be limited to; P6 trained with strong skills utilising this software. Degree Qualification in related subject matter is preferred. Professional Memberships are an advantage (Saudi Council of Engineers, IMechE, CIBSE, PMP etc). Extensive experience in role of a planning in the construction industry. Major international project experience is essential. Experience in retail, office and hospitality sectors is essential. Experience in construction of a grand mosque is advantageous .
