Job Description
- Lead project delivery across multiple sectors including landscape-led development and infrastructure projects
- Manage a small team, running managing delivery of projects (including programme, resourcing and commercial aspects) and delegating the work
- Production of landscape information for infrastructure and development projects
- Professional Experience ranging from site audit/concept design and feasibility studies, production of detailed information for tender and construction including hard and soft landscape General Arrangement plans, construction detailing, planting schedules and specifications.
- Experience in preparing reports and presentations.
- Knowledge and understanding of design issues e.g. planning, planting and vegetation.
- Research and decide on materials and product sourcing.
- Make design modifications/improvements to ongoing projects to meet changing scope requirements
- Able to adapt to the team's workflow and understanding of project template worksets. Project Template Creation would be considered an added weightage.
- Assign and deliver within project deadlines with occasional guidance
- Perform QA/QC checks of the project/package before presenting for review/releasing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/ 3yr Diploma in Landscape or equivalent – master's optional.
- 10+ years of Experience with a minimum of 5 years of BIM (Level 2 min COBie standards) expertise.

- Solid software skills – Revit, Autocad , Adobe (Ps, Id & Ai), AutoLISP & VIsualLISP
- motivated, efficient and highly organised
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Experience in the design, design development and/or delivery of packages of mid-scale projects independently
- Strong understanding of international standards and Abu Dabhi local codes #J-18808-Ljbffr
