MP Filtri Middle East FZCO is a fully-owned subsidiary of MP Filtri Spa. MP Filtri designs, manufactures, and supplies Hydraulic Filtration Products, Power Transmission products, Contamination Monitoring products, and Mobile Filtration & Tank Accessories.

Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for an Area Sales Manager located in Dubai. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans for the company's products in the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities, promote products to potential customers, and develop long-term client relationships.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and report on sales activities to senior management.
Report to Managing Director of the company and lead the operation of the branch.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
Analyze sales data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company products.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Hydraulic Filter or similar industry.
Good knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and any additional language is a plus.
Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
UAE Driving license is mandatory.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory of the entire Middle East.
