Job Description:

Lead Business Development Team to achieve their monthly targets.
Lead new initiatives to reach to key brokers locally and internationally and expand our Agent network.
Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
Oversee BDMs ongoing training and daily workflow and processes.
Work closely with Operations Managers for Roadshows planning and execution.
Work closely alongside with BDMs Team across departments (Sales Telesales Marketing and Travel) to ensure a smooth channel of communication and mutual targets are met.
Execute Roadshows and Oversee Business Trips.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

Highly Selfmotivated Career oriented Strive for Excellence and Operate with Integrity individual with energetic and enthusiastic approach.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and targets.
Ability to travel to execute Roadshows and Oversee Business Trips.
Previous experience in Managerial role Team Leadership.
