Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration of one or more of the following data systems: Computer systems hardware, operating systems, networks, software, & peripheral equipment such as servers, printers, and storage devices.
- Maintains, installs, upgrades, and configures data systems, administers operating systems, and maintains basic security and recovery procedures such as scheduling and backups.
- Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field.
- Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
- Generate/update documents related to their work.
- Travel approximately 0% to 10%.
- BS in computer information systems or other related technical field, with 2 years of experience Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
- Experiences with Windows and Unix environments.
- Experience with Orbital Analysis Suite (OAS).
- Experience with Space Force Satellite Control Network (SCN).
