The job posting is outdated and position may be filled Responsibilities: • Day-to-Day recording and analysis of vehicle usage for schedule servicing and coordinating with vehicle custodians for on time completion of schedule servicing. • Carrying out preventive checks on vehicle for ensuring desired serviceability level and recommending for preventive repair requirements. • Inspection of under repair vehicles for validating the proposed repair requirements. • Coordinating with vehicle and MHE workshops for timely submission of quotes and Invoices for approval and payment processing. • Monthly visit to all feeder warehouses for vehicle preventive checks. • Maintaining the Fleet expenses and submitting reports. • Maintaining vehicle annual registration validity for statutory compliance. • Maintaining RTA Traffic File/Employee EIDs free of fines. • Monitoring Driver License validity and coordinating for timely renewal. • To maintain the validity of road permits/delivery permit. • To maintain balance in various Ewallet accounts • Creating and maintaining reports in Excel & software that allows the company to get periodical information on all the activities pertaining to fleet. • Monitoring GPS application for desired compliance.
