Opening is with one of our Client which is Leading Oil & Gas(EPC) Company. Primary Objective: To carry out corrosion assessment and materials selection studies for onshore / offshore and pipeline projects. Specific Accountabilities : 1. Assessment of Service life Corrosion (SLC) and selection of materials for onshore / offshore and pipeline facilities and sour service requirements to ISO 15156/NACE MR01752. Design of Cathodic Protection (CP) systems and Corrosion Monitoring (CM) facilities for onshore / offshore and pipeline facilities. 3. Develop Corrosion Management philosophy and perform Integrity assessment for onshore / offshore and pipeline facilities. 4. Selection and performance evaluation of corrosion inhibitors for oil and gas applications 5. Selection of external corrosion protection coating systems 6. Preparation of Project Specifications, RFQ’s, TBE, & MR for Materials, Coatings, Welding, Fabrication and Inspection. 7. Study Intelligent Pigging (IP) requirement and perform Level-3 Engineering Critical Assessment (ECA) of identified pipeline defects as per BS 7910 / API 579. 8. Review approval of vendor fabrication, welding, repair and NDE procedures. 9. Evaluate new products related to Materials, Coatings and Corrosion Control 10. Participate in Root Cause Analysis and Corrosion Failure investigations 11. Perform QA/QC Audit on vendor activities related to Coating, Welding and Inspection. 12. Perform review, selection of pipe mills & coatings yards 13. Participate in site activities and client meetings. 14. Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc 15. Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the BU, etc. Understand and follow OH&S procedures. English - Fluent / Excellent Arabic - Fluent / Excellent

Any Job Skills Essential Skills/Experience 1. Minimum 10 yrs of relevant experience in materials selection, corrosion assessment, management & integrity assessments for onshore / offshore and pipeline projects. 2. Experience in use of international Corrosion Modelling software packages. 3. Good knowledge in refinery, offshore and pipeline corrosion processes and mitigation methods 4. Experience in performing ECA 5. Working knowledge in fabrication, welding, repair and NDE. 6. Good knowledge and experience with the international codes and standards like ASME, API, NACE, ISO and DNV. 7. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Matching Indicators: Bachelors Degree in Corrosion Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (with Corrosion experience).
