Duke and Rawson are exclusively instructed on a unique opportunity for transactional lawyers with Corporate, Finance or Funds experience to join this leading offshore firm in its Cayman or BVI offices. There are also similar opportunities for Litigation lawyers, as the firm is looking to expand across all practice areas and levels in an unprecedented move to cement its place as the preeminent firm in this sector. They are particularly interested in lawyers from the London or regional offices of leading international firms, whilst lawyers from Australia or New Zealand are also of interest. The firm also encourages a strong business development focus and Associates are encouraged to travel to London and other financial centres to meet with potential contacts. There are partnership opportunities for Senior Associates and the management board have a genuine strategic focus and commitment on promoting from the associate base over the very short to medium term.
