Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and elicit detailed requirements for IT projects. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect and document user requirements. Analysis And Documentation Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Document and maintain comprehensive business process models, data models, and system specifications. Solution Design Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Assist in designing solutions that meet business needs while ensuring scalability, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. Communication And Collaboration Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT solutions with overall business objectives. Testing And Quality Assurance Develop and execute test cases to validate that solutions meet specified requirements. Work with QA teams to identify and address defects in a timely manner.
