ü Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers ü Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing ü Track orders and ensure timely delivery ü Review quality of purchased products ü Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices ü Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses ü Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed ü Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage ü Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
