Apt Resources, a leading recruitment agency in the hospitality industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Procurement Manager for a 4-star hotel. With over 15 years of experience in connecting top talent with the best establishments, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to both our clients and candidates.As the Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in the hotel's operations, overseeing and managing all aspects of procurement. You will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing a wide range of products and services, ensuring the hotel's needs are met while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality. Your attention to detail and ability to negotiate contracts will be essential in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives
Oversee inventory management and optimize stock levels
Collaborate with various departments to determine procurement needs and requirements
Review and analyze contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards
Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions as necessary

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
Proven experience in procurement management within the hospitality industry
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using procurement software and tools
Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and standards
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in cost analysis and budget management
