Payit is committed to building innovative digital solutions and providing our customers with an exceptional experience, in pursuit of our ambition to be the most loved Finstyle app. You will lead a dynamic and high-impact role focused on driving the growth and success of Digital Wallet, Digital remittances and Digital payments. You will oversee product management, product operations, and foster collaboration between technology and business teams, and be able to lead the team from concept to execution. You will work with marketing, CX design, IT, and vendors to launch new products, and manage the operations of existing products. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Product Strategy - Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the Payit vision, with a clear focus on revenue growth, user acquisition, and enhancing user experience Product Management - Lead a team of product managers, setting priorities, and ensuring the successful delivery of product initiatives from concept to market launch. Techno-Functional Expertise: Bring a unique blend of technical and business acumen to the role, bridging the gap between technology and business teams to drive innovation and product development. Remittances and Payment Cards: Bring in knowledge and experience in the remittances and payment cards sector to shape product offerings, positioning, and competitive strategies. Commercial and P&L Understanding: Take ownership of the product's commercial success, managing P&L responsibilities, pricing strategies, and cost optimization efforts. Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring the delivery of contracted services and exploring new partnerships to enhance product offerings. User-Centric Approach: Implement a user-centric approach to product development, leveraging user feedback and data analytics to enhance product features and usability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10-15 years of progressive experience in product management and leadership roles within the fintech industry. Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives. A team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment. A self-starter that can prioritize and define scope of work,and accomplish tasks even when there are no clear requirements and direction. Strong techno-functional background with the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business teams. Expertise in remittances and payment cards, including knowledge of industry trends and regulations. Commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L and implementing pricing strategies.
