The role of Market Lead requires the successful candidate to be seamlessly integrated across our key agency partners, and crucially, to own senior stakeholder relationships (both within agencies and with clients directly). The Senior Account Manager will drive and manage the entire end-to-end process in line with a client’s scope, working with specialist teams to deliver high quality work on a multitude of projects, in a fast paced and growing environment. The ideal candidate must have digital and programmatic knowledge and is excellent at client servicing. There are four key objectives which are fundamental for success in an Accounts role 1. Stakeholder Relationships Growing and maintaining key client and agency relationships across your clients. 2. Driving client’s DCO strategies Ensuring the value of Adylic’s DCO offering is continually pushed forward and developed. 3. Team Development Driving collaboration within the team by challenging and motivating its members. 4. Commercial Management Managing Adylic’s service and output in relation to profitability and growth opportunities. The Deliverables of a Senior Account Manager STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIPS Confidently builds rapport with key external stakeholders, both clients, media and creative agencies. Leading the day-to-day communication of DCO projects, presenting in key meetings and pro-actively asserting Adylic's value proposition. DRIVING DCO STRATEGIES Identifying the measurement of success for each client by reviewing the DCO objectives/ KPIs on an ongoing basis to ensure our value is clearly understood across the business and across our client and agency partners. TEAM DEVELOPMENT Managing the development and output of all direct reports to ensure they are successfully meeting their role expectations. Efficiently managing throughput of internal specialist teams by motivating best practice work to the highest quality (where appropriate) to elevate Adylic's overall output. COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT Monitoring all client deliverables in relation to the scope of work to ensure the offer and service relates to our commitment and taking action to identify where clients are being over or under serviced. Recognizing growth opportunities across each client to encourage the development of the DCO offering within an existing client roster (e.g., new markets, channels, services, etc.) Expectations for the this role:

  • The AM will take ownership of their roster of clients by managing the day-to-day relationships, being the key contact for external personnel to rely on as the DCO lead for their campaign deliverables. The AM will be required to build and maintain these relationships.
  • In order to manage external expectations, the AM is expected to have strong communication skills as well as have a good understanding of the DCO Strategy and its requirements through analysing data to make informed recommendations for optimisation through the use of Adylic’s reporting dashboard system, Datorama.
  • The AM ensures delivery of the client’s scope by briefing internal specialist teams from concepting, strategy and design, through to development, delivery and post-delivery of campaigns. They are to collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely delivery of all Adylic’s processes (e.g., the 12 Stage Guide).
  • The AM will be responsible for the development and training of at least one direct report. They must take ownership of their team’s deliverables and be a reliable manager for knowledge sharing and general team support, ensuring they are also reaching the expectations of their role.
  • The AM must have strong attention to detail and quality control, including being highly organised, to ensure confidence in every output which leaves the agency’s doors. A priority for the AM is training their team on how to QA effectively, in order to deliver high-quality work on a multitude of projects, in a fast paced and growing environment.
  • Understanding the digital media landscape, including experience in programmatic including technical aspects of a campaign launch, by working closely with the ad operations department.
Expectation (beyond 12 months):
  • Drive Adylic’s offering beyond the current scoped service by identifying areas of growth within our product portfolio, ultimately driving increased revenue.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the Ad Operations and Trafficking process by being comfortable with the technical set up of a DCO campaign. This includes being able to confidently explain Adylic’s tools and platform across Display, Social, Video, Search & DOOH channels and the nuances of each ad serving requirements.
  • Have the ability to interpret data from a client’s raw report produced directly from the ad server. This includes being familiar with pivoting data to understand creative rotation rationale, optimisation techniques, and statistical validity. The AM will execute these in line with the objectives of each client to assist in proving our value.
  • Involvement in the finance and revenue streams within their client roster with the support of their line manager. They will have oversight of the billing process and be pro-active in chasing for POs and confirmation of scope approvals. They are responsible for actively identifying opportunities for up-selling new services, as well as where we are overservicing for a client based on their fee and the workload the internal team are contributing.
