- Use our AI-powered recruiting tools to find, attract, and engage with potential candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess a candidate's suitability for different positions
- Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure the right fit between job requirements and candidate qualifications
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize our recruitment processes
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
- Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools preferred
