Job details
This is a full-time Sales Manager role based in Sharjah. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, creating and implementing sales plans, meeting sales goals, and maximizing sales growth in the region. They will also monitor market trends, identify opportunities for expansion and growth, and provide regular sales reports and analyses to the senior leadership team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Retail Sales, preferably in Tiles, Marbles, Quartz Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals Knowledge of market trends and industry competition Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales software Fluency in English; Arabic would be a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
