Job Title: Lead Recruiter Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Experience: 8 -10+ Years of overall experience whin 2+ Years in Leading TA Team Salary: Up to AED 23,000 per month + Kids Schooling + Health insurance and other employee benefits About The Opportunity: As the Recruitment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, assessing, and acquiring top talent for our Regional Leader Client based in Abu Dhabi. This position requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local and international talent landscape. The successful candidate will lead a team of recruiters, oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the organization's talent needs are met. Role specific Key Responsibilities: Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's business goals and workf(orce planning. Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand staffing requirements and anticipate future talent needs. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high-performance levels. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and innovation. End-to-End Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Implement best practices in recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Talent Acquisition: Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and priorities. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and efficient recruitment process. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract top talent. Participate in industry events and forums to enhance the company's visibility in the job market. Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Lead or in a similar senior recruitment role.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and market trends.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies.
