Communicate with team to identify areas for improvement and to developand implement a continuous improvement program. 2.To ensure all Team Members understand each of their own responsibilities and job description accordingly. 3.To ensure to submit all reports those are accurate and concise to Operations and others concerned. 4.To give clear understanding to the team about Spa Recreation and Wellness Related Costs and Spending i.e. petty cash spending, product usage etc. 5.Conduct disciplinary action as needed, accurately tracking verbal and written warnings for violations of policy and/or procedures. 6.Conduct weekly meetings with all Team Members about the following issues: weekly revenues problems, review of sales techniques, quality of staff work, training needs, any other items which may be concern. 7.Conductany other related duties as assigned by the General Manager. 8.Organized the upselling training program, spa promotion, and event training for all Spa, Recreation and Wellness Team Members. 9.To monitor retail displays and spa service displays, in spa and public areas. 10. Ensure retail displays are maintained and stock is interesting and exciting. 11. Plan and create internal Spa, Recreation and Wellness promotion package with the Management Team. 12. Submit update reports related toSpa, Recreation and Wellness to General Manager. 13. To maintain overall quality and standard strictly. 14. To evaluate and guide all Spa, Recreation and Wellness teamas needed to improve their skills and performance. 15. Review Spa, Recreation and Wellness team performance and document any and all concerns and sent to General Manager. 16. To monitor communication memos from General Managerto receive updated information 17. Work closely with the Hotel Managementto ensure that our Spa, Recreation and Wellness and hotel activities are coordinated. 18. Work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals, serves effectively in both team leader & team member roles, and promoted collaboration & teamwork in others. 19. Ensuring good team working environment and welfare within the area. 20. Actas Liaison with General Managerand Department Heads. 21. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy and procedures 22. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy related to fire, hygiene, health and safety 23. To report for duty punctually and wear the correct uniform with the name badge at all times 24. To carry out the other duties as assigned by the management team 25. To establish good relationship and rapport with guests and colleagues 26. To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in work areas Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sports, Spa, Science or related field.
  • At least 5years' experience on a similar role with a 5-star hotel
  • Physically fit and good communication skills
  • Very good organization and leadership skills
  • Service oriented
