Semi-Government Company Managerial Responsibilities Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that are related to company personnel.

  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of HR department
  • Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
  • Creating onboarding programs for the newly join employees.
  • Ensure that the Company has the right number of staff in terms of skills mix and that they are motivated for maximum productivity
  • Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s employee performance management system developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies for creating a high performing organizational culture based on transparency, integrity, accountability, performance measurement and results to ensure that programed activities are undertaken on sound management principles and practices
  • Conducting employee relations counselling
  • Overseeing exit interviews
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
  • Participating in administrative staff meetings
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
Functional Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes.
  • Ensure all data in human resource system is up-to-date and accurate for tracking and Provide Human Resources services per the business request and monitor all HR operations are handled effectively and efficiently.
  • Guide solutions to resolve employee relations issues by following the best practices
  • Manage succession plans for key position
Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum Experience:
