Job Description: R esponsibilities for Analytics lead

  • Design and implement automated processes to expedite the collation and review of data sources
  • Work with the BI team (who focus on how we use leverage our data externally) to share knowledge, approach and insights
  • Design and develop data cleansing routines utilizing typical data quality functions involving standardization, transformation, rationalization, linking and matching
  • Make recommendations for investment in third party tools that will support the function
  • Measure the success of enhancements post implementation to identify the revenue upside generated
  • Build out the Bookability team opportunity
  • Transforms major business change initiatives into strategic-level systems solutions
  • Performs risk assessment, develops a contingency plan, and realigns project efforts, developing possible alternatives and recommendations when unanticipated situations arise
  • Forms productive networks with internal business partners, external customers, and the vendor community, effectively and proactively managing expectations and integrating potentially diverse needs and perspectives
Qualifications for data analytics lead
  • Willingness to become proficient in project management
  • Experience of implementing and using major analytics tools Google Analytics, Webtrends, Omniture and/or Adobe SiteCatalyst
  • Exceptional analytic skills to provide insights recommendations that convinces key company stakeholders of business benefits
  • 8+ years experience managing and overseeing complex technology infrastructure programs
  • 2+ years experience with SQL and statistical analysis
  • Receives requests from case teams and oversees their execution and documentation
