Description JASARA PMC is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Landscape Engineer to join our team. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA is committed to delivering exceptional social infrastructure programs that contribute to the Vision 2030 objectives in Saudi Arabia. As the Lead Landscape Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, designing, and implementation of landscape projects. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of landscape design strategies for assigned projects. Collaborate with architects and civil engineers to ensure that landscape designs are integrated seamlessly into the overall site development plans. Manage all aspects of the landscape design process, including site analysis, concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. Oversee the preparation of detailed landscape construction drawings and specifications. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Supervise and coordinate with landscape contractors and subcontractors during the construction phase. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress and quality of landscape installations. Review and approve material selections, plant selections, and other landscape-related submittals. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior landscape engineers. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering with a focus on landscape design. Minimum of 8 years of experience in landscape design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and plant selections. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to effectively manage budgets, schedules, and resources. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders. Experience working on projects that comply with sustainable design principles and green building standards is preferred.* Professional licensure in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
