Accounts Receivable/Credit Control (Accounting) The Accounts Receivable (Supplier Credits) Team Lead is responsible for the daily management of the Manila supplier credits team including performance management and adherence to quality work & deadlines. The role will conduct regular coaching sessions for the supplier credits team to continually develop knowledge and skill sets RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily management of the Manila supplier credits team including performance management and adherence to quality work & deadlines
- Regular coaching sessions for the supplier credits team to continually develop knowledge and skill sets
- Training new starters and assisting with the onboarding process
- Ensuring the supplier credits team workload is managed efficiently
- Leading an effective program of continuous improvement, ensuring clear communication and alignment between departments including buying, customer care, operations, and finance
- Ensuring compliance with terms, policies and procedures
- KPI Reporting to the head office
- Ad Hoc duties as required by management
- At least 2 years’ experience as a team lead ideally in a BPO and e-commerce environment
- At least 2 years’ experience in onboarding and training
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Intermediate level MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge in finance, business or accounting would also be beneficial for this role
- Must be a fast-learner who could easily study and understand the team’s training materials
- Must have a sociable personality who is able to jive with a “young” team and is patient in helping both the new and old members of the team
- Must be good with directions and is capable of bringing out the team’s potentials
- Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Must be willing to work in an early morning shift
