Riyadh/Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 11/17/2023 Retailo Technologies is seeking an experienced and strategic National Operations Manager to oversee and lead the operational activities in Saudi Arabia. The National Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and seamless functioning of Retailo's operations across multiple regions, with a primary focus on Jeddah and Riyadh. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in operations management. Key Responsibilities: 1- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to the regional operations teams. Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy for the Saudi market and align operational activities with strategic objectives. 2- Regional Oversight: Oversee operations in multiple regions, with a focus on Jeddah and Riyadh, ensuring that they align with company objectives and standards. Collaborate with Operations Leads in various regions to ensure they have the resources and support needed to succeed. Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and work towards profitability goals for the Saudi Arabia operation. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Operations Leads and other operational staff. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement among the operations teams. 4- Performance Improvement: Continuously assess operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and report on the performance of all regional operations. 5- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to support the timely and cost-effective execution of operational tasks. Collaborate with various departments, such as logistics and supply chain, to ensure a streamlined workflow. Location: We're hiring for a position in Jeddah or Riyadh.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in senior operations management roles with a track record of success. Proven experience of working in FMCG supply chains. Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business environment. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking. Knowledge of the retail or e-commerce sector is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: This is a full-time position, and the National Operations Manager will report directly to the Commercial Director. The role involves regular travel between cities that have operations for Retailo, as well as potential travel to other operational regions as needed.
