Job details

  • Responsible to reach project sales targets in the referencearea.
  • Will work closely to our customer to inflate ourculture and to help him to maximize the sales opportunities.
  • Responsible to identify key designers and developers of thearea working in the luxury real estate and to build long-termcollaborations.
  • Responsible to define customer plans with ourpartner, based on annual and 3-years growth targets that take intoaccount the value chain (from sell-in to sell-out price).
  • Responsible for carefully prepare updates on the performancesof the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director.
  • Business intelligence on the market on products, players,pricing and R&D.
  • Dealing with back-office team of the HQ inorder to provide the client with the best service in terms of qualityand timing.
