- ideally at least 15 years initiative/program management experience
- good understanding of operational processes, preferably within the financial services industry
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- well structured, reliable and dedicated; high attention to detail; ability to handle a significant number of dependencies and issues
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different audiences and working styles / backgrounds and effective at influencing change in a global and diverse team
