Project: Secondment of staff and on-call professional services for the airport expansion project. We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking security systems manager to join our established and growing team in Qatar. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and monitoring the activities of design consultants, contractors, suppliers etc.
  • Coordinating between client and site office.
  • Coordinating with all stakeholders to attend to code and program requirements.
  • Coordinating design changes on site and checking that design is followed.
  • Monitoring closely execution of the works to verify adherence to the design and intent for appropriate and fit-for-purpose installation.
  • Developing and implementing work schedules and identifying critical paths.
  • Coordinating work on-site with inspection agencies.
  • Reviewing the contractors' payment applications and participating in the timely preparation of monthly payment requisitions as required.
  • Reviewing and being familiar with relevant project codes.
  • Keeping project leads and department heads informed and attending workshops as required.
  • Participating in testing and commissioning, project closeout, etc.
About you You have a bachelor's degree in architecture. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual clients and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
