Sales Manager – Construction Chemicals PCE Factory Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full Time We are the first and only commercial manufacturer of Polycarboxylate Ether in Saudi Arabia. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Skills
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the chemical industry, preferably with PCE or Concrete Admixtures
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or relevant field
